What are your candles made of?

All Ksentials candles are made with 100% soy wax, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and a cotton wick. Each candle is finished with dried botanical flowers — making every one unique. We never use paraffin wax, lead wicks, or toxic dyes.

Are your products pet-friendly?

Yes. All of our candles, diffusers, and sprays are made with pet-friendly, non-toxic ingredients. We still recommend burning candles in ventilated spaces and keeping them out of reach of pets.

How long do your candles burn?

Burn times vary by size: 5oz candles burn approximately 30–35 hours, 10oz candles 60+ hours, and our 14oz Concrete Candle 80+ hours. Proper wick trimming and first-burn technique make a big difference — see our Candle Care guide.

How do I choose a scent?

Our Scent Guide has descriptions and fragrance notes for all 25 scents. If you're still not sure, start with one of our bestsellers: Cranberry Woods, Evoke, Palm, White Musk, or Beachside Orchid.
