Shipping

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days from our Miami, FL studio.
  • Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
  • We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Processing

Because all Ksentials products are hand-poured in small batches, processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons (November–December, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day). We'll always communicate any delays.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
  • To initiate a return, email us at karla@ksentialscandles.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at karla@ksentialscandles.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
