Refund policy

RETURNS

We stand by our product and trust that you will too, if you are not satisfied with your order we will honor exchange or returns within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returned packages must contain a valid tracking number. 

Send your return request via email to kayssentialscandles@gmail.com. Please allow one business day for a response. Returns will be processed once the shipment is received to the original form of payment.

Candles and products must be in their original packaging and unused. 

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

All items include an insured value through USPS. Please contact us to submit a claim for a lost or stolen item. Claims are submitted through the USPS website. We do not have control over their investigation timeline, investigation results, and return process.
