Shipping policy

Kayssentials Candles are made to order. Please allow 3-4 days for production and shipment. 

All orders include a tracking number and are shipped through USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment. 

We are not responsible for delays as a result of the mail carrier. Please be patient during these unprecedented times.
